TechBrotherz repairs the devices it carries parts and experience for, and says so when a repair is not worth doing.
We repair cell phones of every brand, Iphone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and Motorola, LG and other Android handsets, along with IPads and tablets, laptops and desktop computers, MacBooks and gaming machines, and gaming consoles, including the Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch ranges. That covers screens, battery, charging ports, cameras, buttons and back glass on phones, and screens, keyboards, charging sockets, Windows installation, virus removal and clean-ups on computers. The store also unlocks phones, covering any Canadian carrier, screen locks and Google FRP with proof of ownership, and resets Windows passwords.
Just as important is what we will tell you not to do. If a repair costs a large fraction of what the device is worth, or if the tablet has stopped receiving software updates, you will hear that at the Store rather than after paying. Liquid damage is the one repair no honest shop will promise, because the outcome depends on what got in and how long it sat there.

Every repair TechBrotherz carries out is quoted free at the Store before any work starts, as one figure that includes the part and the labour, so the number you agree to is the number you pay before tax. There is no separate bench fee on a phone repair and no charge to look at a phone. Computer diagnostics carry a fixed fee, and that is quoted before any work starts.
Quoting at the Store rather than from a printed list is deliberate: part costs move with supply, and TechBrotherz would rather give you a firm figure it can honour than a published number it cannot. Call (403) 273-8324 with the model and the fault and you will get that figure before you travel.
